Order Processing
When you place an order:
- Imperial Cabinet Knobs will send an e-mail order confirmation shortly to the e-mail address you have specified.
- Lead time (typical durations between the placement of your order and shipment) displayed in your order confirmation is usually within 7 business days. In the instance of a lead time extension, you will be contacted and given the option to cancel your order.
- Shipment tracking numbers are then provided via e-mail so you can track the status of your package(s). In the case of in-stock items, you will typically receive tracking information within 3-4 business days.
Order Cancellation:
- Orders for in-stock merchandise may be cancelled if they haven’t been shipped. Imperial Cabinet Knobs offers two reimbursement options as follows.
(1) Exchange for same value merchandise
· Notify our Customer Service by a written email within 24 hours after we send the order confirmation to you. Otherwise, the order will be invalid for exchange.
· Write "Exchange" in the subject heading.
· Indicate your original invoice/sales order number.
· Indicate the items you would like to return and the model numbers you would like to order in exchange.
· Reconfirm the shipping address for exchange merchandise.
(2) Refund with a 25% restocking fee.
· Notify our Customer Service by a written email within 48 hours after we send the order confirmation to you. Otherwise, the order will be invalid for refund.
· Write "Refund" in the subject heading.
· Indicate your original invoice/sales order number.
- Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
- Special order items and made to order items may not be cancelled or returned.
Pricing and Payment
- We reserve the right to change pricing on this website at any time.
- After you have placed an order of 100 pcs and over per item, BIG Discount and Surprise will be e-mailed to you individually.
- All orders are charged on the date they are placed.
- All orders are prepaid with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or Paypal.
Shipping Rates and Policies
- Most orders ship via UPS Express Saver. Please note that you may NOT ship your order to a P.O. Box.
- After you add selected item and quantity to the shopping cart, you just need to choose your country and enter the zip/postal code and then click “Get a Quotation”, the system will automatically calculate for you a shipping rate w/ tax by UPS Express Save.
- Please contact our customer service for additional shipping quotation if shipping an order to the countries and regions which haven’t been stated on our site at the moment.
- Due to the high volume of 5280 different shipping rates of more than 130 countries worldwide being displayed, added and edited on this website, there are rare occasions in which human error leads to a data input error. In the instance that this occurs, you will be contacted as soon as possible and given the correct pricing.
Damaged/Defective/Wrong Item(s) Policy
- Please open and inspect all merchandise within 2 business days of receipt.
- If an item is damaged or defective or if incorrect product was received, you must take the photo and notify our Customer Service by email within 2 business days. They will instruct you on how to proceed.
- We will ship replacement items ASAP and provide pre-paid shipping service for the return merchandise. If you opt to return the damaged, defective, or incorrect item(s) without receiving replacements, we’ll give a full refund for the order but the return shipping from your place to our China factory will be at your charge.
